Welcome to The Messina, an expat dive bar at the turn of the millennium. The music is loud, the crowd is tight-knit, and like any small town, it comes with both joys and strife. In a place where cultures collide, love is never simple. Next June, the doors of The Messina will open as we return with Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. This production marks Theatre Iridescence’s 10th anniversary. And so, we bring you a story that serves as a celebration of the people who’ve made our journey possible: you. ようこそ「メッシーナ」へ。2000年前後、さまざまな文化が交わる小さなダイブバー。大音量の音楽に包まれ、顔なじみが集うと、まるで小さな町のように喜びもあればトラブルもある。異なる背景が交わるこの場所では、恋も人間関係も一筋縄ではいきません。来年6月、この「メッシーナ」の扉がふたたび開き、シェイクスピア喜劇『から騒ぎ（Much Ado About Nothing）』が新しい姿でよみがえります。

今回の公演は、シアター・イリデセンス設立10周年を記念する特別な作品。ここまで歩んでこられたのは、支えてくださった皆さまのおかげです。
